Before cleaning your carpets we:

- We inspect your carpet and test for fibre type and dye bleed
- Assess your carpet for correct cleaning method
- Assess which industry approved technique to use on your carpet to avoid shrinkage (woven carpets)
- Advise you of all our findings from the survey
- Talk you through exactly what we will be doing to clean your carpet and how we will do it
- Give you an opportunity to check our credentials i.e. insurance, qualifications
