With any stain, the sooner you act the more likely you are to get a successful outcome. Try not to use cleaning agents found at local domestic suppliers, because if the wrong removal method is used, you may inadvertently set the stain in. On some stains even the use of hot water can permanently set the stain in.
Even with professional removal methods on pre-treated stains we may not be able to remove the stain completely. It is for this reason we ask you not to pre-treat a stain once it occurs, this will make our job even more difficult and will not benefit you in the long run.
